Reputation Audit & Strategy
We review what appears for your brand terms in web, image, news and video results and on review platforms, then set priorities with you: what to reply to, what to report and which accurate assets to build first.
Page one of your brand name is your first impression, your sales pitch and your credibility check. Our online reputation management services help it work in your favor by strengthening what is accurate and answering criticism in the open.

Why reputation work matters
Before anyone buys from you, hires you or invests in you, they search your name. What they find in those ten results decides whether the conversation continues, and a single damaging article or a 2.8-star average can quietly cost you deals.
Online reputation management is not about hiding the truth. It is about making sure the full, accurate picture of your business is what ranks, rather than one angry review from 2019 or a complaint-site page optimized better than your own homepage.
We bring reputation strategy, accurate content, genuine reviews, monitoring and response together in one program, planned around what people actually see when they search for you.
What a brand search shows
Your website, official social profiles, business listings and anything published under your name. You control these, so this is where the work starts.
Reviews, news coverage, forum threads and complaint sites. You can’t edit them, but you can reply, report genuine policy breaches and give people better sources to read.
Knowledge panels, image and video results and related searches. Google decides what appears, but consistent, accurate information gives it better material to work with.
What’s included
Defensive and proactive work on how your brand appears in search and on review platforms, planned as one program.
We review what appears for your brand terms in web, image, news and video results and on review platforms, then set priorities with you: what to reply to, what to report and which accurate assets to build first.
Accurate owned and earned assets, such as profiles, publications, author pages, microsites and complete official social profiles, built so they can compete with outdated or misleading pages for your brand terms.
Every genuine customer asked for a review, replies in a tone agreed with you, and formal challenges when a review breaks platform policy. See how our review work runs.
Daily scanning of review sites, forums, news and social platforms, with alerts on negative mentions and a monthly report on how the sentiment of your brand search and reviews is moving.
Personal brand search work for founders, directors and public-facing leaders, including complete professional profiles such as LinkedIn and authored thought leadership.
Where content breaks platform policy, exposes private information or may be defamatory (a question for your legal advisor), we file formal removal and de-indexing requests through the proper channels. The platform, search engine or a court decides.
Search-result reputation
Most damaging results can’t simply be deleted. What you can do is give search engines, and the people searching, better and more accurate sources to rank and read.
We start with what you already own, such as your website, business listings and official profiles, and make it complete, consistent and worth ranking. Then we add accurate reputation content: articles under your name, author and company profiles on relevant industry sites, and pages that answer the questions people search alongside your name.
The same consistency feeds your knowledge panel. Matching entity details across your site, structured data and listings help Google connect the right facts to your name. You can claim the panel where eligible and suggest corrections, though Google decides what it shows.
Authority matters here as much as anywhere in search. Our link building services help accurate assets earn the relevant links they need to compete, and our SEO services keep your own website strong for branded and non-branded searches.
Lawful opinion, genuine negative reviews and accurate reporting. For these, we reply where a response helps and publish accurate content so a fuller picture ranks alongside or above them.
Reviews & ratings
Reviews influence whether a buyer picks you, and they count in local search too: Google says review count and score are part of how it ranks local businesses.
Yet most businesses collect reviews by accident: a staff member remembering to ask, a happy customer volunteering. That produces a slow trickle weighted toward the people motivated enough to complain. We replace it with a consistent process that builds over time.
Review platforms and regulators take manipulation seriously, and so do we. On every account, we never use:
If your rating is low today, the way up is steady requests to every recent customer and real attention to what the negative reviews say. There is no legitimate shortcut.
SMS or email sent shortly after the service is delivered, triggered from your CRM, booking system or POS where possible.
Google, Trustpilot, Justdial, Glassdoor, Facebook, Practo, Zomato and the directories that matter in your industry.
A documented tone and reply templates: measured and specific on negatives, warm and never generic on positives, drafted for your approval if you prefer.
Reviews that breach platform guidelines are reported through the platform’s own process and followed up.
The problems and praise customers keep mentioning, grouped so reviews become operational feedback for your team.
Short guidance for front-line staff on when and how to ask, so requests go out at a natural moment.
Monitoring & response
Most reputation problems are easier to handle when you find out early and reply with a clear head, not days later under pressure.
We monitor review platforms, forums, news sources, social platforms and the search results for your brand terms, and alert you to anything that needs attention. Each alert comes with a recommendation: reply, report, escalate or keep watching.

An agreed tone, templates for common situations and clear rules on who approves what, written before you need them.
A negative comment gets a calm public reply, then the conversation moves to a direct channel where the problem can actually be solved.
Anything that could grow into a wider reputation issue comes straight to you with a recommended next step.
Holding statements, a plan for sudden surges of reviews or comments, and coordinated search-result work if something breaks publicly.

Why choose us
This work requires discretion, patience and absolute ethical clarity.
Every engagement is covered by an NDA, and we never publicize client names in this practice area without explicit written consent.
We don’t write fake reviews, reward customers for ratings, gate reviews or impersonate anyone. Everything we do is defensible if scrutinized.
We explain plainly what can be challenged, what can’t and why, so you can decide where your budget is best spent.
Review sites, forums, news and social platforms are checked daily, so you hear about issues early rather than from a customer.
Reputation results
Shared anonymously and only with the client’s written permission.
A damaging post from a former client ranked second for the firm's brand name. Partners were fielding questions about it in consultations and estimated it was costing several retainers a month.
Confidential suppression programme building authoritative owned and earned assets, a partner thought-leadership content stream, review generation across legal directories, and daily monitoring.
FAQ
What people usually ask before starting: removal, false and incentivized reviews, timing, replies and reporting.
Sometimes, but honestly, not usually by request alone. Content may be removable when it is defamatory, breaks a platform’s own policies, contains private personal information or infringes copyright, and we will file those requests properly on your behalf. The platform, the search engine or a court decides the outcome.
Lawful opinion can’t be removed. There, the strategy becomes publishing and strengthening accurate content, so a fuller picture ranks alongside or above it.
We first check it against the platform’s policies. Reviews from people who were never customers, reviews containing abuse or personal information, and reviews that describe a different business may be removable, so we report them formally and follow up. That process can succeed when a review clearly breaches the guidelines.
If the review stays up, we help you post a measured, factual public reply. A calm, specific response to an unfair review often reads better to prospects than the review itself.
Never. Fake and paid-for reviews break the rules of every major review platform and can lead to regulatory action and the loss of your profile. Incentives count too: a discount or gift in exchange for a review breaks the same rules, even when the review itself is honest.
Our review work is about asking every genuine customer at the right moment, then replying to what they write.
Gating means surveying customers first and sending only the happy ones to leave a public review. Google’s review policies prohibit selectively asking for positive reviews, so gating puts your profile at risk. We ask every customer instead. That can feel riskier, but a mix of reviews tends to look more credible than a suspiciously perfect record.
Review work usually shows first, because replies and new reviews from genuine customers appear as soon as they are posted. Search results move more slowly. How long depends on how authoritative the pages you are up against are and how much accurate content about you already exists.
A star rating also shifts gradually, because it is an average. A profile with 200 reviews averaging 3.8 stars, for example, needs a steady flow of new reviews from genuine customers before the number moves. After the audit, we tell you what to expect and which parts of the plan should show movement first.
It depends on where it appears and what it says. Genuine criticism gets a specific public reply that acknowledges the problem and offers to put it right, then the conversation moves to a direct channel. Positive reviews get a personal thank-you rather than a copied line. Content that breaches policy is reported rather than argued with, and anything that could grow into a wider issue is escalated to you with a recommendation.
We agree the tone, templates and approval rules with you at the start, so replies sound like your business and nothing is posted that you would not say yourself.
Each month you get a sentiment report showing how much of your brand search results and reviews is positive, neutral or negative, compared with previous months. It also covers where accurate assets rank for your brand terms, rating and review volume by platform, the themes customers keep raising, and what we did and plan to do next.
Often, yes. Requests can usually be triggered from a CRM, booking platform, practice management system or point-of-sale software. Where no integration exists, we can work from a scheduled export or a simple form your team already completes, and we agree the setup with you during onboarding.
Tell us what concerns you, whether it is one search result, your review profile or a situation still unfolding. We will review your brand search in confidence, free of charge, and explain which options are realistic.
